Golden Row Inspections
This service consists of the inspection of a pre-assembled ARRAY Technologies Solar Tracker with compliance to design and assembly specifications. The following areas will be covered onsite by ARRAY field service managers:
- A mechanical inspection of the pre-assembled row

- Review and discuss corrective actions for any trouble areas found

Health Assessment Inspection

Help Desk Technical Support
At ARRAY, we believe in going the extra mile to support your projects. Our Help Desk operates from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with special coverage available on weekends and holidays to ensure the continuous operation of your solar sites. Leveraging the deep industry knowledge of our support team, we’ll help assist you in remote troubleshooting and warranty claims, helping you maintain optimal performance and peace of mind even during non-working days.

Mid-Build Assessment
This is a site evaluation before project completion to determine if the mechanical components are installed according to the site’s ADP. It also ensures that the project is on time and ahead of its milestones to achieve successful tracker completion. This service includes the following activities:
- Identify potential build issues that could delay the project
- Highlight the installation process’s “Do’s and Don’ts”
- Provide guidance on installation methods
- Spot check mechanical components installation
Onsite Logistics & Delivery Support
The Logistics Material Management Technician (LMMT) will post daily transactions and monitor and report on your on-site material receiving management process. On a daily basis, they also help prevent short shipments while documenting and resolving damaged shipments and reconciling all materials delivered. This service provides customers with the following benefits:
